About

I've always loved journeys.

Since the age of 13, I have faithfully written in journals, thoughtfully recording the pains and celebrations of my life. And I regularly set aside time to go back and re-read them. One of the biggest things that I have learned by this exercise is that while “arrivals” are fun, the best parts of life are really the “journeys.”

For 20 years, I have helped business owners with their journeys as they take ideas to action, restructure, expand, or even prepare to exit their businesses. I love seeing the growth that happens when business owners commit to making their dreams come true, and I also get a front-row seat to see when their results are even bigger than what they dreamed of.
